What is Plymouth Rock Travel Partners?
We’re a travel company that helps you book spacious, condo-style resort stays for less than you’d typically pay online.
Instead of retail hotel pricing, we work with resort inventory that isn’t always visible on major booking sites. The result? More space, better locations, and smarter pricing.
How does it work?
Sign up for a free account and search your preferred dates. If the resort is available, you can book it at the listed rate. After that, you receive confirmation and check in like you would with any other stay.
No complicated process. Just better access.
Is this a timeshare or membership?
No. You’re not buying a timeshare, you’re not required to attend a presentation, and you’re not buying a membership. You’re simply booking resort accommodations at preferred rates.
Are there any blackout dates?
There are no formal blackout dates.
However, availability depends on the resort and time of year. Popular destinations and peak weeks can fill up quickly- just like traditional hotels. Planning ahead gives you the most options.
Why are your prices lower than booking sites?
We access resort inventory differently than traditional booking platforms.
Instead of retail hotel pricing, we work within wholesale resort systems- which often means lower rates for larger, condo-style accommodations.
Same destinations. Same resorts. Just a different supply chain.
Are these real resorts?
Yes. These are established resort properties in popular vacation markets- many are well-known brands travelers already recognize. You’re not staying somewhere unfamiliar or “off brand.”
You’re simply accessing inventory through a different channel.
What kind of accommodations are these?
Most stays are condo-style resort units rather than standard hotel rooms. (Although we do have both!)
That often means separate bedrooms, full kitchens, living areas, and more space overall. It’s the kind of setup that’s especially comfortable for families or longer stays.
Is this available to anyone?
Access is available through our platform. Once you create a free account, you can browse inventory and book available stays.
Booking & Reservations
How do I search for and book vacations?
Begin by signing up for free so we can grant you access to our available inventory.
After that, you can search your preferred destination and travel dates. If it’s available, you can reserve it and receive confirmation right away.
How far in advance can I book?
Availability varies by resort, but many destinations can be booked months in advance.
The earlier you plan, the more options you’ll typically have- especially for peak travel seasons.
How soon before travel can I book?
You can travel at anytime. Last-minute availability does happen, but it depends on the destination and current inventory.
If you’re planning a short-notice trip, we recommend checking availability as soon as possible.
Is there a limit to how many trips I can take?
There’s no fixed limit on how many trips you can take.
Availability is based on resort inventory and travel dates, so planning ahead always gives you the best selection.
Can I request specific room types or views?
Room types are based on what the resort has available at the time of booking.
While specific views or exact unit locations can’t be guaranteed, your confirmed unit type will be clearly shown before you finalize your reservation.
What happens after I book?
After booking, you’ll receive confirmation details including the resort information and your stay dates. From there, you check in directly with the resort just like any traditional reservation.

Pricing & Fees
Are there any hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees.
The rate shown is the rate you book at. Some destinations may have local taxes or resort fees — just like traditional hotel bookings — and those will be clearly outlined before you confirm.
Are resort fees included?
Resort fees vary by property.
Most resorts have any fees in If a resort charges a separate fee, it will be disclosed before you finalize your reservation. We don’t add surprise charges after booking!
Are prices per person or per unit?
Rates are listed per unit, not per person.
That means you’re reserving the entire accommodation — whether it’s a one-bedroom or multi-bedroom unit.
Are taxes included in the quoted rate?
Taxes vary by destination.
Any applicable taxes will be shown during the booking process so you can see the full cost before confirming.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. Once payment is processed, your stay is confirmed.

What if there’s an issue at the resort?
If something comes up during your stay, the first step is to notify the resort directly — just like you would with any hotel reservation. Most issues can be resolved quickly on-site.
If you need additional support, our team is here to help. We’ll step in, communicate with the resort if necessary, and make sure the situation is handled appropriately.
You’re not booking through a call center overseas — you’re working with a real team you can reach.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Cancellation and change policies vary by resort and rate type.
Some stays may allow changes or cancellations within a specific timeframe, while others may be non-refundable — similar to traditional hotel bookings.
We always recommend reviewing the cancellation terms before confirming your reservation. If you have questions, our team is happy to walk you through the details before you book.
